Get IntelliForex Emails in your Inbox

Be sure to take steps that will prevent IntelliForex emails from being treated as spam and disappearing into folders you never check. Here are ways you can do this via various email programs and/or spam blocking software.

Gmail
Add the IntelliForex address to your Gmail Contacts list:
- Click Contacts along the left side of any Gmail page
- Click Add Contact
- Copy and paste IntelliForex's email address into the primary email address dialog box.
- Click Save

Hotmail
Add the IntelliForex address to your Safe List:
- Click Options on the far top right
- Click Junk Email Protection
- Select Safe List
- Enter IntelliForex's address in the text box
- Click Add
- Click OK when you see the address in the Safe List box

Or

Add IntelliForex's address to your Contacts list:
- Open IntelliForex's email
- Click the Save Address button
- Click OK

Yahoo
To receive IntelliForex emails in your inbox instead of Bulk Mail:
- Click on Mail Options
- Click Filters
- Click Add Filter
- Set the top row From header dropdown menu to Contains
- Enter the appropriate IntelliForex address in the text box next to the dropdown menu
- At the bottom, select Inbox from the dropdown menu labeled Move the Message To
- Click the Add Filter button

AOL
AOL version 9: add our sending address to your "People I Know" list.
- Open our email
- Click the Add Address button on the right

AOL version 8: Select Allow Email from All AOL Members, Email Addresses and Domains.
- Click Next until the Save button appears at the bottom
- Click Save

AOL earlier versions: you will need to set your Mail controls.
>- Go to Keyword Mail Controls
- Select the screen name you chose to receive our emails
- Click Customize Mail Controls for This Screen Name

CleanMyMailbox
Add IntelliForex to your Whitelist:
- Click on the Whitelist button
- Add IntelliForex's address in the text box
- Click the Submit List button

Earthlink
Add IntelliForex's address to your Address Book:
- Click on your Address Book
- Click Add
- Find the Internet Information box on the Add Contact screen
- Enter IntelliForex's address in the top Email box
- Click Save

Mailblocks
Add IntelliForex to your Accept Mail From list:
- Click on the Addresses tab
- Select New
- Enter IntelliForex's address in the text box
- In the Receiving Options, select Accept Mail From This Address
- In the Other Options, make sure Display in People Picker is not selected
- Click Submit
- Click OK

MailShield
Add IntelliForex to your list of Friends:
- Click Friends
- Click Add
- Enter IntelliForex's address in the text box and click OK

MailWasher
Add IntelliForex to your list of Friends:
- Select Tools
- Select Blacklist & Friends
- Click the Friends Add button
- Select Plain email address
- Enter IntelliForex's address in the text box and click OK
- Click OK again

Mozilla Thunderbird
Add IntelliForex to your Whitelist:
- Click the Address Book button
- Make sure the Personal Address Book is highlighted
- Click the New Card button
- Copy and paste IntelliForex's email address into the Contact tab
- Click OK

MSN
MSN 9: Add IntelliForex's address to your Safe List:
- Click on Settings: Email/Junk email
- On the Email Settings screen, click Junk Email Guard
- Select Safe List
- Enter IntelliForex's address in the text box under "Add people to the safe list"
- Click Add

Older versions of MSN: add IntelliForex's address to your Safe List:
- Click on Email Settings
- Click Junk Mail on the Email Settings screen
- Select Safe List
- Click Add an item to this list
- Enter IntelliForex's address in the text box
- Click Add

Oddpost
If IntelliForex's mail has been identified as spam, you can mark it as "Not Spam":
- Find IntelliForex's email located in your Probably Spam folder
- Click on that email to select it
- Click the Move to Inbox and Mark as Not Spam button

Outlook 2003
Have IntelliForex emails arrive in your Inbox by setting them safe:
- Add IntelliForex's address to your Safe List, or
- Add IntelliForex's address to your Personal Contacts in your Address Book, or - Open IntelliForex's email and select Mark as Not Junk

SpamCop
Place IntelliForex's address on your Whitelist:
- Log into your SpamCop account here: http://webmail.spamcop.net/
- Click on the Options icon
- Under Mail Management, click SpamCop Tools
- Select Manage your personal whitelist
- Click on "Click here to add to your whitelist"
- Enter IntelliForex's address in the text box
- Click Submit

Spam Inspector
Add IntelliForex to your list of Friends:
- Open Outlook
- Find and select Manage Friends List on the Spam Inspector menu
- Select Email from the Add a New Friend area
- Enter IntelliForex's address in the text box
- Click the >> (add) button
- Click Close

Spam Interceptor
Add IntelliForex to your list of Trusted senders:
- Select Authentication Lists
- Click Trusted
- Enter IntelliForex's address in the text box
- Click Add

SpamKiller
Add IntelliForex to your list of Friends:
- Click Friends on the SpamKiller sidebar
- Click Add
- Enter IntelliForex's address in the text box and click OK

Spam Sleuth
Add IntelliForex to your list of Friends:
- Select Configure from the File menu
- Make sure Active is selected in the Friends category
- Enter IntelliForex's address
- Click OK

SpamButcher
Add IntelliForex to your Known Senders List:
- Click the Configure button
- Select the Known Senders tab
- Under Known Good Senders and Recipients, click Add
- Enter IntelliForex's address in the text box
- Click OK

Spameater
Add IntelliForex to your list of Approved Senders:
- Click Filters
- Select the Approved Senders tab
- Click Add Filter
- Enter IntelliForex's address in the text box
- Select Full Email Address as Address Type
- Click OK

SpamNet
Add IntelliForex to your Whitelist:
- Open Outlook
- Click Options on the Cloudmark SpamNet toolbar
- Click Advanced
- Select the Whitelist tab
- Click the Add button
- Enter IntelliForex's address in the text box and click OK
- Click OK again, then Yes, then OK

SpamPal
Add IntelliForex to your Whitelist:
- Right-click on the SpamPal icon on your system tray
- Select Add to Whitelist
- Enter IntelliForex's address in the text box
- Click Add

Verizon
Add IntelliForex's address to your Safe List:
- Click Options
- Select the Block Senders tab
- Enter IntelliForex's address in the text box labeled "Enter e-mail address or sub domain to always accept even if the domain is blocked"
